what to pack for baby on carribean vacation?
we are going to aruba in a month with ds (who will be 8 months then.) i've always been a crazy planner and over packer but now with our 1st dc, i'm a bit worried about what i may be capable of (envisioning 3 suitcases of things just for josh. )
what do u think are essentials and what are things you have packed and never used?

I def. packed too many clothes. For some reason I thought I would be changing her outfit 3x/day She mostly hung out in her bathing suit during the day so I would only pack one or two "just in case" outfits.

Re: what to pack for baby on carribean vacation?
We just got back from Aruba with a 12 month old. I packed a new bathing suit for everyday and maybe like 1 or 2 extra just in case. I also packed some really comfy shorts and t's to put over the bathing suit when we were just sitting outside. And I packed a few nicer outfits for dinner. I also brought an inflatable bathtub to bathe her in, a microwave sterlizer for the bottles and pacifiers, our portable dvd player, a bunch of toys and book, our own crib sheets, her own bath towels, J&J disposable washcloths and travel sizes of the lotion, shampo, acquaphor...
I am a really big overpacker but I felt comfortable having extra stuff! HTH!
ETA: lots of baby sunscreen (we use Blue Lizard) and hats!
