What to make with Pork Roast?
Hi,
We are having company over on Friday evening for dinner. I plan on making a pork roast. However, I can't think of a nice side dish or vegetable to make with it...
Does anyone have any suggestions for a side dish that would go nicely with Pork Roast? Thanks,

I like mashed sweet potatoes with my pork roasts. You could also make garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce or roasted cauliflower.

We went to my in-laws on Monday for dinner and they served pork roast with it. They made this awesome garlic rosemary roasted potatoes. They were really good. They also had applesauce, salad, and brocolli.

i always serve mashed potatoes, apple sauce, sauerkraut and a vegetable with pork....that's how my mom and grandma always did it
