What to make with Brie

I have a wedge of leftover brie.

Can I make this into something for dinner?

Any ideas?

You can cut it in half and put a few tbls of jelly in it, close it back up. Wrap with Pillsbury dough. Bake and serve with crackers YUM.

You can slice it, add a jam compote with a few nuts, serve over sliced toasted bread.

Add to a salad.

DH had this at his firehouse and then made it at home - amazing!!!

It was grilled chicken sandwiches on hard rolls with melted Brie and mango jam - soo good!

I have made this with seedless raspberry preserves and almonds in the middle and then wrapped with crescent rolls. OMG it was amazing! Chat Icon

Oh, yes! The original recipe does call for almonds, but I'm so used to leaving nuts out of everything due to family members with allergies, I forgot all about that!
