What to make for Palm Sunday dinner
It's just my in-laws coming over, so it's really just dinner for 4. I have 2 kids (4 and 13 months) so if they would eat what I am making that would be great, if not I can make them something else)
I love to cook, but just laking thought. Any suggestions? I would like it to be something where I am not stuck in the kitchen. I was thinking maybe a roast of some sort. I need insipration!

How about a pork roast or even roast chicken? Sides could be carrot soufflé (I have a great recipe), or a spring veggie risotto or roasted veggies and orzo ( love the Ina Garten recipe), or twice baked potatoes. And a salad!

I think using the crockpot would be great - I love stews or some kind of roast.
My favorite go-to's for gatherings are things like chicken cutlets, mac & cheese, salad, biscuits, or some kind of pasta w/ the meat.
