what to make...

I have a pkg of thin sliced chicken cutlets... we don't want them fried cause we had fried fish this week... what should i make for dinner?!

roll with ham and cheese
and bake it

I love thin cutlets for this meal!

Saute cutlets then cut into bite sized pieces and throw into Baked Ziti or Lasagna! Chat Icon

Last time I did this, I rubbed the cutlets with hot sauce, salt, pepper and basil. They came out really tasty!

Cheater Chicken soup. Cut it into small chunks and drop it into some chicken stock with a chopped onion some chopped carrots, some celery, a sprig of rosemary and a handful of rice. Salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 30 minutes until rice is cooked and veggies are soft.
