what to list our house for??

i had three different agents in and got three different listing prices - ranging from 10 to 20k differentChat Icon Chat Icon
i was hoping atlest two of them would be on the same page

How quickly do you want/need to sell? We bought before we sold, so we went with the lowest price. Did you check the comps and other listed property prices yourself? We priced below all similar currently listed comps to up interest.

See, I don't necessarily trust the realtor that told you the highest amount. They may be lying just to get you to sign with them. I'd check all the comps yourself, and personally price either in line with or below all of the comps in your neighborhood to up traffic.

the stinking thing is the agent whom said we should list at the highest price, we know her and her mom very well - but she also had the highest comission rate so we will not be using her.

i feell like we are inbetween all the comps they showed us... the lower priced ones need a lot of work and the high priced ones are only higher because they have more land
