what to get with $30 ulta gc?
I feel like shopping online, so make some good recommendations for me. I need serious help in the makeup department. I def need some new eye shadow.

their automatic eyeliner is my absolute favorite eyeliner, and I've tried tons! It's waterproof and doesn't smudge after a few hours of wear like most others.

Urban decay has a set out for their 15th anniv that is 15 eyeliners for $92.
Their eyeliners are great because they are also very smudgeable, so you can use them as eyeshadow as well and they will stay all day
