What to expect at First Dr. Appt
My first appointment with my doctor I will probably be around 8 weeks, what do they do? Should my BF come with me?

For my first appt we met with my Dr and did a brief family history. Then she did a full exam (including a pap and other cultures). They then sent me for bloodwork. I also had to give a urine sample.
My DH did come with me -- it was nice to have him there while we were talking to the Doc.

DH came with me too....the first was probably my longest appt
family history, blood pressure,urine sample, sonogram, talked about bloodwork and tests that will be done
pretty informative
