thats not chicken parm or chicken with bbq sauce on the bbq

pour a little salsa on top (i used mango salsa last time....yum!) and sprinkle with cheese and bake
parmesan crusted chicken (recipe on hellmans website)
are they thin? thin ones i like to roll up with anything i have on hand.....ham and cheese, spinach and cheese, pepperoni and cheese etc. then i bread and bake them

roll them up stuffed with spinach and cheese, close with toothpick and put them in a pan, brown on all sides and then add some chicken stock, white wine cover until chicken cooked through :)

Toss with some salt, jalapeno, lime, garlic, cilantro and tequila for a few hours and then grill them.
Marinate in lemon, garlic, olive oil and a little oregano - then grill them and cut into chunks and toss over a big greek salad or stuff in a pita with some tzaziki

-Coated in garlic and lime and served with a black bean tomato salsa or guacamole!
-Coated in lemon and pepper and maybe some parm cheese and served with pasta.
-Grilled with some red wine vinegar and evoo and then served with an olive-tomato-basil topping. I like to use kalamata olives.
-Add to penne alla vodka.
-Use red hot and make it buffalo style. You can do buffalo chicken sandwiches or in a salad.

Mix balsamic and oil, drizzle over chicken cutlet w/ roasted tom and frsh cubed mozz. So good.
