What to do with cabbage?
I have half a head of cabbage leftover from my farm share this week. I used half for Greek coleslaw, any suggestions for the other half?

I shredded mine, mixed it with some onion (and some ridicchio I had) and then salt, pepper and olive oil... Roasted it until everything was caramalized. It was delic!
