What time do you go to sleep?

In the first trimester I couldn't keep my eyes open for the life of me. I'd come home from work and pass out by 6:30-7pm.

Now I'm feeling great and I can stay awake past 10pm.

Weekdays for work- I'm in bed around 10-11p.

Weekends - I tend to stay awake a little longer, but if i'm home and bored I'll pass out by 11pm too.

just curious what the rest of you do.

Re: What time do you go to sleep?

Sort of the same.
I’m just barely past the first tri but those first few weeks were brutal. I would sleep solid on the way home on the train. I mean out like a light. Then I’d get home and take a nap before dinner or until 8pm, eat then crash again by 10pm.

Now I not HAVE to drop off when I get home and I am not so completely out of it on the train. Plus I can stay up to 11pm (so proud).

3pm-4pm were the roughest. Still at work but DEAD tired and not coherent. That has greatly improved.

Weekends I even stay up to midnight if I want. Oh the joy!

Re: What time do you go to sleep?

I can barely keep my eyes open past 9pm...but then I have problems sleeping through the night.

I feel like I can sleep constantly during the day, but when it's actually time for me to go to sleep, I can't. So frustrating! Chat Icon

I sleep from about 9-6. First trimester was more like 7:30. I have always needed my sleep though.

Same with me. Usually around 9:30-10 I head to bed but about 3 hours later I am wide awake. At work I feel like I can fall asleep and stay asleep all day but at night I average 5 hours of broken sleep and I feel miserable the next day.

pretty much the same for me except i dont get up for work, i am a sahm to my step children and get up at 6am to get them ready & off to school. i find myself dozing off easily on the couch somewhere around 10, then going to bed. once i am in bed, i spend most of the nite tossing & turning from side to side and waking up exhausted and in pain!
