She was the older, heavy set, black nurse? That is a re-run? I was upset about that too if it is who I am thinking of.

That was a rerun? I thought they were new episodes on comedy channel from 7-8?

No, I think the new ones are on like channel 2,4,5 or 7. Those are the reruns on CC.

yes....
That was a rerun? I thought they were new episodes on comedy channel from 7-8?
New ones are only on NBC.
New season starts October 25th.

OMG, I can't believe you guys did this to me! We're like a season behind here and last Thursday night was the cliff hanger episode where Laverne got hit by a car! I didn't know she died 
Oh, well, I didn't think they'd do that to her

I actually missed that episode where she gets hit by a car - what happened?
ETA - she was such an awesome character - I'm sure they didnt want her gone - she probably wanted to leave....

No problem!  You couldn't know that the UK suks! 
It happened at the very end. The whole episode she was having this argument with Dr Cox about God - she kept saying that things happen for a reason and he was arguing that there's no rhyme or reason to anything. An 8 year old girl who was stabbed was admitted and Dr Cox was all "see, what could be the reason for this!" and then as they were doing a scan on the little girl to examine the stab wound, they found a tumor that could only be removed because they found it in time, blah, blah, blah. And so Laverne was vindicated. But then the next morning, Dr Cox comes in an everyone is looking very somber - he asks what happened and they tell him Laverne was in a car accident on her way to work and was in a coma. That's how it ended.

What happened to Scrubs just being funny and silly??? They are getting more and more serious - I mean, I love it, but I never expected to cry watching it!!!
