What tests does your obgyn do before referring a RE?
I have an appt with my regular obgyn who delivered my Ds via c- section i want to take the next step and move forward with my infertility although she reccommends waiting 1 full year ( I am at 8 months now) my question is what are the first steps? Blood tests, sonograms etc? I am curious to know if I have scarring from my previous section. Would she do a sono if I asked? TIA

I don't have any children but when i told him we wanted to ttc soon, he sent me for basic bloodwork like progesterone and whatever other cd3 stuff they run. A sono and an hsg to check for blockages. He also recommended a SA for DH but we waited on that.
