What table foods has your 9/10 month

had so far?

So far DS has had:

turkey meatloaf
mashed potatoes
scrambled eggs
cream of wheat

and he liked them.

He hated french toast and cheerios.

I am going to give them another try.

he's basically completely on table foods now.

he's had pasta with veggies, beans, rice, eggplant parm, pita bread with hummus and tzaziki, cheese, french toast, pancakes, eggs, yogurt with pureed fruit, homemade mac n cheese, lentil soup, roasted potatoes and carrots, veggie stew, etc.

I haven't introduced meats at all yet but he's been getting a lot of protein.

So far DS hasn't declined anything! This kid likes to eat

He eats:
O cereal
Scrambled eggs
waffles
pancakes
ww toast
mini ww bagels
elbow macaroni
shredded chicken
cut up turkey meatballs
potatoes
lots of different steamed veggies
cut up fruits
LOVES blueberries

and the list goes on!

The only thing DS has had is mashed potato's. The first time he gagged on them. The second time he had KFC mashed potato's and he loved them and didn't gag once. He has such a sensitive gag reflex. I am afraid to give him anything else. He has already gagged so hard he puked....
