What supplement(s)
I just started taking the chewable prenatals, which I hope will stay down. Has anyone been taking Expecta? Do you take this on top of the prenatal? TIA

You do not have to take it on top of your prenatal - just make sure you take a prenatal vitamin - but it is helpful as DHA they claim helps with the baby's brain development - I don't take expecta but I take a prenatal that comes with DHA.

I take Expecta for the DHA, to supplement my regular prenatal. Expecta is a gel cap type vitamin -- relatively easy to swallow, if that helps...

Before my Dr prescribed me a prenatal that has DHA in it- I was taking Target brand Prenatals and Expecta on top of that.
