What size bottle are you using for your 4-8week old
4oz bottles
9oz bottles?
Just wondering when I need to switch from the 4oz bottles to the bigger one. Riley is 5 weeks old and is taking 4 oz at a feeding not sure when I should switch her to 5 oz and when I should be using the bigger bottles.

DS is on 5 oz so we had to go from the smallest Dr. Browns to the larger, but we also use some 5 oz Born Free bottles. He's been taking 5 oz every 3 hours sincw 2.5 weeks. 
ETA: We increaesed in .5 oz increments when he was still rooting at the end of a feeding.

We didn't need the 9oz bottles until DS was 3 months old. The 4oz bottles were able to hold five oz. so that helped a bit.

Alyssa(DD) is almost 6 weeks and is now taking 6 ozs, sometimes 5 1/2 since the last few days. she was doing 5 - 5 1/2 for the last couple of weeks. We also increased in .5 oz increments by the signals she was giving.

I started using the 9oz bottles around 7 weeks because sometimes she would want more than the 5oz she was taking, this way I would just mix more in the bottle rather than having to make another one.
