What size bella band to buy??
How do I know what size bella band to buy? the sizes online are weird.

I got mine at Destination Maternity and they were one size fits all I think.

The website I got mine on had a chart- similar to when you buy pantyhose.
You find your pre pregnancy pant size and follow down the other side... that side asks if you have smaller hips or a smaller waist.
Then you find what color zone you are in (like for panythose) and go from there.

I would suggest if your going to use them to hold up pants, size up a little smaller, they are nylon and very stretchy.
