What should we do?
We have a stroller and infant seat on our registry at BBB. A few weeks ago, they were both on the BBB website, but yesterday, I was looking for them, and they are not on the website anymore. When I look at the registry, it says to contact the store for availability.
DH says we should go and buy these 2 items now in case they got discontinued because we really liked them. They have another model that is very similar, but DH doesn't like the colors as much (it has pink in it ).
Should we go and buy it...or change it to the other color...or just wait till the shower and see what happens in 2 more months?

First I would call the store and see what they say about the availability, I don't trust alot of the online stuff, especially at BBB.
See what they say and then take it from there.

I agree with Marcie. I would call the store and see if it is getting discontinued. If it is, then I would buy it now. Don't comprimise your first choice.
If it is just saying that it's not available because they are low on stock, then I would leave it on the registry...but I would continue to watch it.

This happened consistently with my BBB registry. It's really my only complaint about them. Every, single time I called, the item was still readily available, it was just the warehouse that was low on it or something like that. They do that just to be safe.

that happens all the time on the BBB website. i think it has to do with what's available to be shipped from ording online. If you signed up to manage your registry online, you will get notifications of what is being discontinued.
