What should I get??
I have a b-berry, crackberry, whatever people call it. It's a company one and can only access my company email and nothing else.
Now that I am freelancing I need another email for outside projects so I can stay up to the minute on stuff going on. Should I trade my conventional cell phone (which I heart)in for ANOTHER b-berry??
My time at this present company will eventually come to an end (hell, I quit back in January) and potentially soon so the email I have been using for EVERYTHING for 8 years really needs to transition to a better alternative or I am gonna cry.
I hate g-mail, hotmail feels unprofessional, so I am also looking for suggestions on where I can set up an email.

I have a Sidekick and I have my gmail acct emails go to the sidekick.
and the sidekick email address is @tmail.com

I don't know what to recommend but just wanted to say I have a regular blackberry for work e-mails too, but as a cell phone I hate it. I'm not sure if the other alternatives are clearer/easier as cells. I find mine to be a PITA.

same here. my work b-berry has a phone, but I use it rarely because the reception from it is hard....
I don't want another b-berry, but it may have to be the way to go...
I had a sidekick a couple of years ago, lasted a week. I happened to get it during the time they were having major tech issues.
I also have a Verizon contract so I would have to keep a phone in some sense...

i have the iphone and get email my gmail and my yahoo sent there. its got a calendar and address book along with internet and alerts when a email comes through.

The Pearl (blackberry) is about the same size as a phone and great! Not bulky at all.....
