what should I do about my Hautelook purchase?
I ordered a Tova necklace and it JUST came in. I love it! Its beautiful BUT its not the one I ordered. Its the same necklace but a different color.The blue-ish one is the one I ordered and this brownish one is what I got. What should I do? Image Attachment(s):

i would contact them - see if there are any blue ones left. if not, maybe they will give you a discount on your next purchase. (not sure how the website really works).
i do love the brown one too!

I know there are no exchanges with jewelry on this site but I just figured since it was their screw up they might...I don't know how to prove it though. There is no indication of color (besides the chain as being silver) on the packing slip. I like the brown one but I had my heart set on the blue one I guess Im just wondering if anyone had any similar experiences with this site and not getting what you ordered

I would call them right away and let them know. If they sent you the wrong one, they should make good on it. If they are sold out that maybe a different issue.
Doesn't it say on your original order which color you wanted? Pull it and see what it says.
I bought a top from them and after 2 wearings, it got pinholes in the sleeves. They took it back & gave me a refund.

It doesn't say what color on the original order when I went into my account on the website, nor does it say on the packing slip. Hautelook takes so long to ship the orders and I think its safe to say they won't have any in that blue anymore. oh well. I'll call anyway.... Thanks!
