What kind of sippy does your DC use?
DD is 7 months old and I tried the playtex and advent sippy cups and she seems to have a difficult time with both of them... do you think its the cup or her age? I had this one with her name on it that she loved... but it isnt dishwasher safe so I feel like I can't get it really clean which grosses me out, so I'm gonna throw it out.... any suggestions?

I started Julia on the Nubby cups and she never had a problem.

my DD uses the NUBY one- it's really soft so that when she bites on the nipple area the water comes out easily. i think she also like it b/c it feels good on her gums.

mikayla uses a cup with a straw, she does not know how to tilt her head back so regular sippy's don't work

Same with Steven!!! The First Years has disposable ones that he would much rather drink out of than the other cups. but he will drink out of anything

She's pretty particular with sippy cups but LOVES the First Year disposable ones. And the playtex ones with and without handles. She won't drink from a straw yet.

try the playtex ones with a straw....u get the liquid out of it really good without sucking yourself into the cup....
