 | Re: sesame place I think it's good for kids over 2 or 3. But it is a water park mostly so it might not be great for this time of year. And I think it's only open on the weekend for the remainder of the season.
One of my co-workers said her daughter liked the kid park at Great Adventure more. Her daughter is almost 2.

		| | Re: sesame place We went 2 weeks ago with my son (15 months) and my niece (26 months) It was very crowded because the kids were still off, I would think it would be much better now, but as PP said they are only open on weekends now you may have the same problem.
The kids had a great time! Aidan even went on the lazy river with me, the tiny tidal pool, the twiddle bug cars and big bird balloon ride. My niece was able to do more in the playground area but Aidan loved big birds nest.

Of course the parade was a hit too.

We went to The Land of Make Believe in Hope, NJ over the weekend, smaller park, less crowds water stuff for the kids.

 | Re: sesame place We have been there a few times (last year and this year). Ryan is 2 1/2 and LOVES!!! it. We went last weekend and I wanted to leave after an hour because it was SSOOOOOOO crowded (they closed both parking lots and we had to park at the local mall and walk). Then it rained at the ned and we had to walk that whole way in the pouring rain. This has never happened to use before.
These weekends coming will probably be much better!!

she was great...but then again, it was only an hour...i would imagine from LI, it would at least be double that.
But just go prepared. Bring a few toys, books to read, coloring books, etc. I'm sure he'll do fine. |
