Open House in East Northport
Someone on my block has just put up a Real Estate sign for an open house. Near a main road, but a cute house nonetheless. They bought it maybe a year ago, fixed it up & are now selling it.

Yes. Just called it's listed for $475K (way overpriced IMO - offer much less).

I went and the house was in great condition!
NO way it's worth $475 though! It was on the small side....
