I got indoor/outdoor carpet from them for our screened in room. Had no problems, suprisingly....everything else with them always was!

We just had our upstairs recarpted through Home Depot (yesterday as a matter of fact) We had no problems from start to finish.

are you looking for wall-to-wall or area rugs? if you live in the huntington/northport area, i would HIGHLY recommend fred's carpet on larkfield road in east northport. i know a TON of people that have used them (wall to wall and runners), including myself. family owned and operated.
