Dear inconsiderate dog owners....
Just because you live in the fancy monstrosities across the street does not mean you can allow your dogs to crap all over the grass near my apartments and then NOT CLEAN IT UP.
And yes, I know it's you because I see you walking across the street with your dogs without little baggies

Ugh! It annoys me to no end! Yeah, it's gross, but just pick it up. I mean, come on... it's not that hard... And one time when she went a second time and suprised me, I walked all the way back home, got a bag, and then walked back to pick it up.
It's just really getting to me since it's getting worse... The whole streach of grass near the sidewalk is covered... there's even some on the sidewalk
