 Light as air...
I know this should probably be on another board and Im sorry in advance but I wanted a broader response.
Yesterday I was working out. I did 40 push ups and toward the end I didnt think I had the last 2 or 3 in me. I went onto other muscle groups then about 15 minutes later I went back to push ups (I was just going to TRY 10) I went and did them and I felt like I could go to 100. I felt lighter than air. I didnt even feel like my muscles were doing anything. It was almost effortless. Can someone PLEASE explain that to me?

Id LOVE to use that as an excuse but there have been times I did push ups and other arm exercises when I could barely lift my kids
