Claim filed with DHL...how long does it take?
An ebay seller supposedly filed a claim with DHL on 7/25 because I received a broken item. I emailed yesterday to follow up and he said that he hasn't heard back from DHL, yet.
How long do these things take?

im not sure how long it takes but dhl has a known reputation for delivering broken items b/c of the way they handle items once received...2 of my companies have filed claims against them about this
