open house on memorial day weekend?
If we held an open house this weekend do you think anyone would come?or just a waste of time?

I sold a house last summer and we cancelled the holiday weekend open houses. It's really not worth being grounded in the house all weekend for a FSBO. If they are really serious they will make an appt.

It's a realtor and I'm not really going anywhere so not really for me a problem. I wonder if any buyers are around or out
