quick question - JCPENNY
Do they have the curtains in store to purchase or do they need to be ordered online or from the catalog?

they have curtains in the JCpenny by me too..The one in the Roosevelt Field Mall.
And they also have the catalog in the store for you to order from if you dont see what you like

I bough new lamps in jc penney's today, they were 50% off, and a coupon added to that, and a painting 50% off, we did well..
I meant to answer about the curtains, but someone already did.
It's a good store for sales.
