start hitting rte. 110.
theres a ton of stores ranging from Drexel Heritage to levitz to The Place to Jennifer convertibles.

we got our furniture from Raymour and Flanigan.. as well as Fortunoff. We have been VERY happy with both!!

I'm in the same boat! We're ordering our sectional from Macy's and we're going to go over to Rt 110 to look for a bedroom and dinette set. We saw some really cute entertainment center pieces in Target that we're going to buy too.

I bought almost everything from Domain. I was very happy with them. I love their french style. I have a few pieces of furniture (bench, bookshelf, desk, buffet) from Crate and Barrel that I really love too. I love their oversized pieces of furniture.

I would go to Route 110 in Farmingdale. There are so many stores to look in.
My favorite is Seigerman's we have gotten most of our furniture there.

we got a GREAT deal at Fortunoffs... we also found great prices on our furniture at JCPENNEY.com.... but it was a NIGHTMERE dealing with the delivery, and if i were to do it again, i wouldnt order from them...
also the potterybarn outlet in riverhead!!

Domain and Ethan Allen. I got a few pieces from yard sales and antique stores and restore them.

We've bought from Levitz and Raymour and Flannagan. Totally happy with both stores. I also bought a book case from Crate and Barrel with no complaints.
