What IVF protocol finally worked for you??

hi ladies,

I had done so many different ones that my head is spinning...this will be our last cycle and Dr B said its up to me which one I want to do...I basically had the same response in all with no BFP.....

which protocol worked for you?? I would like to hear your stories!

My first round of IVF worked. I was on BC for 10days, Leupron .5iu for 10 (last 5 of bc and 5 on own) then got the "fake period" started stim meds, 200 follistim for 10 days and the last 4 days 75iu of menopur. HCG trigger, 10,000iu. (24 follies, 16 eggs fertilized 8IVF/8ICSI) transferred 2, none lived for cryo and I have my DS

2nd round of IVF was the same plan but was a BFN. (21 follies, 14 eggs, 8 fertilized ICSI, 1 transferred, BFN and none to freeze.)

3rd round which I started last week is BC 10 days, Leupron .5iu for 10, Bravelle and Follistim 250-300iu for 10-12 days...(they wanted me to make as many eggs as possible this time, so we are doing a more aggressive stim plan) we also did the DNA Fragmentation Test on my DH this cycle and we will have the results next week. We will push the envelope on the follies and then do HCG trigger.

Taking Prenatal Vitamins, Folic Acid, and possible Vitamin D pending todays blood test results. (did you have that checked? I have been researching it and low levels can contribute to IF)
