What is your 2 1/2 yr old drinking from
My twin dds are 2 1/2 and drink from straw sippy cups. They can drink from a regular cup but still spill frequently. My problem with the sippy is that one dd is constantly biting holes in the straws. Is there a better sippy cup for this age or do I just buy a whole bunch of replacement straws in bulk! What kind of cup does your child drink from

My twins are 27 months and also use a straw sippy cup. Although we havent had any issues with them biting through straws yet.

I used the Nuby straw cups with a soft straw - he couldn't bite them and destroy them like he did to everything that was hard plastic.

We get the toss and go cups with the straws or he drinks from a plastic small cup. The toss and go are cheap, I think 5 for $3.99 or something like that and you can through them in the dishwasher.

We have had great success with these cups from Tommy Tippee. My DD loves the pink one with the castle for H2O and we use the pink & orange one for milk.

Thanks for the ideas. It is the soft straw she bites through. I will chek out the toss and go and the other suggestions

What is your 2 1/2 yr old drinking from
DS is just over 2 and still uses the straw cups. The only ones he's bitten through are the playtex ones (we have munchkin ones too but I don't like those) we also have the tommee tippee ones the previous poster linked to and he likes those as well. They aren't hard to get liquid out of.

DD is 2.5 almost 3 and only uses open cups. She has only been using open cups for a long time now - at least 6 months maybe a year.

My daughter turned 2 in Sept & for about 6 months uses straws. Her older sister has the tumbler type cups with the straw, & twist on lid, & she loves it & we bought her her own too. She doesn't tip it over & makes being out & using a straw much easier. Plus no more parts to clean either.

My DD uses something similar when out and about. When in her chair for meals I give her a regular cup and over the past month has improved so much with it. My DD also bite wholes in like 3 straws that I stopped buying them!
