What is your 1 year old eating?
My DD still likes baby food and I send her with a jar to daycare as a back up when she won't eat what I pack for her.
I am also finding it really hard to find food to send to daycare for her, a lot of things just don't go over well reheated. I'm also finding that she will eat things for me at home and then not at daycare, I'm thinking maybe its because she is distracted.
Any suggestions?

DD eats everything, but she eats less when she's distracted, too. I serve everything at room temperature.
This week's menu included
Turkey burgers w/sweet potato fries
Chicken, chickpeas, and edemame
Beef stew
tempeh w/veggie stir-fry
Spiral pasta w/mini meatballs

How about a casserole or quiche - those are yummy warmed up, soft and easy to eat!
