What is up with...

Babies R Us? I have 2 strollers on my reg. One is the Graco travel system in Marlowe... seems to only be available on-line then the next line says "temporarily unavailable on line". This has been since I registered for it. Are they going to have it somewhere or not????

The other one is the Graco Ambrosia one and that says available only in the stores. I've called 2 stores, Westbury and Commack and neither have it.

What gives????

I may end up with the metrolite Berkshire (also has some weird availablity, but it's the only metrolite I like), get a snugride car seat and the Graco version of snap n go. I'm very frustrated. Not like I'm finding many nice travel systms that are gender neutral.

I had similar problems with BRU when I was pregnant...sometimes my car seat was available, but most of the time it wasn't...I waited it out and someone was able to find it for me...

I don't think any of the stores carry Marlowe. It may be online only, at least for now. I had this problem with a few items and spoke to someone at BRU the other day. She said she couldn't help me much with it b/c the site had a different warehouse, so things may come back in stock.

I originally had the metrolite and snugride in emerson on my registry. the other day there was a post saying how it was discontinued, but I wouldn't have known b/c I never got an email and it just said "temp. unavail." on the site. Marlowe is a new pattern so that shouldn't happen to it. I changed to the Chicco Cortina and I'm happier now with my decision.

I just checked my registry, not only has nothing changed, but more stuff is now unavailable!!!!!
