What is this store Harmon's that everyone speaks of?

I have noticed people mention it a lot on the boards, yet I have never seen one.

Where are they located? What do they sell?

It's a drug store, usually inside Bed Bath and Beyond and some are also their own store. They take BBB coupons too btw

edited to add: I saw Harmon inside Buy Buy Baby last week when looking for a shower gift too
