What is the Stimulus Check?
Is this different than the rebate that you get if you bring home under a certain amount of money?
Or is this for everyone in NY?
Is this the one that is $1200 a couple and $300 each child?
Do you have to file for it?

Nope this is the same thing.
you don't have to file for it - you just had to file your 2007 taxes
You might want to do a search on this board if you want more information - cause they are many threads on this topic
