what is safe to take for a headache?
I never got headaches pre-pregnancy but I go through periods where I get repeated debilitating headaches now. Even the crinkle of a bag of chips is horribly painful. Is tylenol safe? What about extra strength? Any more "natural" remedies that are better but still work?

I take Extra Strength Tylenol whenever I need it. Usually, I try to only take one dose a day.

tylenol extra strength.
if you feel like it's a sinus headache (in the front and near your eyeballs) i was told sudafed is ok to take too.... and I have taken it and all was fine.
Also.... I'd have a cup of coffee.

Either one is fine in moderation. My dr. says a soda/coffee a day is fine and says take tylenol as needed.

I would sometimes get migranes where only prescription meds would make it go away, I can't take them since being pregnant, so believe it or not coffee has worked for me. 1 cup and the headache subsides

I wish I knew. I get horrible headaches and Tylenol Extra Strength doesnt help a bit.
The only thing that helps is sleep. Ive had one all weekend.
