what is average turn out for an open house
Maybe the realtors on here would also be able to help as well as anyone who has personally done an open house when selling their house- what would you say is a "good turnout" for a 2 hour open house.

That is exactly what we had. 10 sets (and 1 nosey neighbor).

I think 10 is a good turnout. There is no real "average" because it depends on the time of year, the house, the location, the price, and how long it's been on the market (the first open house should get a lot of activity). Winter, you get fewer people through than spring or summer. You get the idea.
I consider 6 a decent turnout. Anything in double digits -- 10+ -- is great! Fewer than 5, I am disappointed.

We had 12 sign ins plus a ton of nosy neighbors in April. Our realtor said that was a great turnout, and she felt at least 6 of the 12 were serious (spent a long time in the house, asked questions etc.).

We had about 7-10, but it was close to Christmas and they said that you do better in the spring-summer-fall...
