What I wouldn't give for....
an EGG SANDWICH, with bacon and cheese on a roll.
I can't wait to come to NY in a few weeks. The list of food Im eating outweighs the family I want to see.

You just can't get them here. There are no deli type place and the ones that say "deli" well it's NOT the same. I got one a few weeks ago and it was just awful. It wasn't on a kaiser roll it was on some kind of eggeoll thing. HORRIBLE. Eggs and pizza 22 days and counting.

Re: What I wouldn't give for....
I'm crashing your board here (I am a huge pregnancy board lurker )
But I have to tell you that this post brought back some great memories of my pregnancy. I ate an egg/cheese and bacon sandwich EVERY day while I was pregnant.. from my 2nd trimester until I stopped working towards the end. I worked in Manhattan and the corner deli by my office used to have it 'ready' for me right around 8:30am when they knew I'd show up
Sure I gained like 50 lbs when I was pregnant as a result (of that and all the other crap I ate too ) but it was soooo worth it because they really are SO freaking GOOD!
Enjoy when you get to NY!
