What Happened To My GREAT Sleeper???

Chloe slept through the night at such a young age. She is now 15 and 1/2 months and for the past 1-2 MOS is waking up during the night and if I don't give her some milk she won't go back. I HATE this habit I started but have no idea what to do! I live out east, work in Queens (Kindergarten Teacher) and if I don't get at LEAST 6 hours of sleep forget about it! I've been a ZOMBIE!

Will this "stage" go away? I want my "sleep through the night baby back"!

PS. She goes to sleep at 5:30-6:30 PM nightly (always worked for our schedule and usually gets up at 5:00 (ish), same time as me. I try giving her "bigger" dinners thinking maybe she isn't eating enough therefore waking up because of hunger but she only eats a small amount and I can't force that:) Even her naps are crappy lately too!

ANY ADVICE?

maybe she's teething?

just guessing...

DS was a great sleeper when he was younger, then went through a terrible stage from about 6 months to 10 months, when we finally did CIO...

Since then he's slept much better in general, but once in a while I will have to go in. Maybe you can go in but not give DC milk? Or try CIO out night? I'm not the biggest CI O fan, but it did work for DS when we finally tried it.
