What goes through peoples heads?
i have/had palns with someone at 5:30 at Sea.
i was running a tad late. if i wanted to catch the subway i shoulda left at 5:00. but it was 5:10 so i called a car service.
well, THANK god they were late (first time i ever said that!) because at 5:24 i get a text that says :
"we're running late, meet us there at 6:30"
i normally would have already BEEN there.
who does that?

I hate when people do that. Like they didn't know they were late already

Re: What goes through peoples heads?
Sounds like friends of mine also. Except we'll already be at the place, and he will send me an email (umm, I'm at the place, so I'm not at my computer...)
He doesn't own a cell phone or an answering machine (yeah, there is 1 person still out there...) so there is no way I can get in touch with him unless he is in his apartment.
It's ridiculous.
He also has the habit until waiting until 2AM the day of to ask if we want to do something at 8PM that night - and I'll reply around 10AM saying sure, that sounds good. He doesn't show, and said "Oh, I figured since you didnt respond by 7:30AM you didnt want to go - I leave for work at 7:30AM." Umm, yeah OK, you didnt tell me I had a deadline, sorry I was sleeping. Not my fault that you can't think earlier during human hours that maybe we should get together. And oh yeah what about all the hours from 5:30PM-8PM when you are not at work and can check your email to see that I responded yes....
