What extremes!
DH and I looked at a house that we liked that was going for $329,990. It was bank owned. We decided to go look again with the parents and were told it was in contract already.
Just found out that it sold for $617,002!!!! Almost $300,000 more than asking price!
At least I know DH and I have good taste though.
