what does your one year old eat?

Now that we are doing table foods, I am looking for ideas to give DS for meals, especially when he goes to the sitter.

Everything we eat! It's so easy now. No more jarred food or specialty things. Whatever we are eating that meal just cut way smaller. With expections to peanut butter or yogurt(gets a rash when she eats it). Chicken veggies fish sticks yogurt cheese sticks Apple sauce in the pouch blueberries(favorite in my house) try doing whatever you make for meals it's so much easier. Now you don't have to prepare all different types of food. Good luck. Is your little guy a picky eater?

Breakfast - yogurt, pancakes, oatmeal, french toast sticks and a fruit

Lunch - turkey slices, chicken cut up, grilled cheese, pasta with sauce, mini meatballs, avocado, yogurt, jelly sandwiches,

Dinner - All of the above except sandwiches.
