what does this mean?
Im obsessing over every twinge. Its 4 weeks post d&c and I noticed cm last week. So there's a teeny likelihood I o'ed. But what does it mean that I'm feeling twingey somethings in one ovary? Or at least I think that's what it is.

sounds like o twinges to me...and you can feel them after you O ,as well.
the fact that you felt it on one side kind of confirms its an O twinge
