regular steak (t-bone, porterhouse, club, eetc ...) Garlic, Olive oil, pepper. Add salt after they are cooked.
Skirt Steak and Flank Steak I have other marinades I use. (scallion, soy sauce, pineapple juice, crushed garlic, brown sugar)

Depends on the steak - honey mustard BBQ suace, mustard, terryaki (sp?) sauce.

I use Lea & Perrins(SP?), mustard & fresh orange juice. It's better if you let it sit there for 2 days prior.

I pour Balsamic Vinegar, add salt and pepper and marinate in the refrigerator.
It comes out delicious and so juicy!
