What do you think of this roof price?
We have a cape and need a new roof. Got our first quote of $3700 to put new shingles over the existing roof.
This is our first quote and sounds good to me but figured I would check w/the pros since I'm an amateur.

That is a very good price.
Make sure it includes removal of existing roof (if that is being done), delivery/removal and cost of the dumpster and removal of all debris. Also ask if replacement plywood is included if they find water damaged wood. If not, have them tell you the cost of the plywood upfront.
