i personally would not buy the dress because of the cap sleeve and the print- its very unforgiving.
i can see that dress with black stilettos and a nice necklace if you are going to buy it

it's MUCH cuter in person... the sleeve isn't really a cap sleeve, and the dress has pockets. I really liked it!
You could definitely wear it with boots, but pumps might look nicer.
