What do you think?
I washed fresh spinach the other day and then let it sit for a while to drain. Eventually I put it in a ziploc and threw it in the fridge.
I just opened the ziploc, 3 days later and the spinach is still wet. Has this just been a breeding ground for bacteria for 3 days?

Hmm IDK...I'd toss it if I didn't feel comfortable using it.

I would toss it.
Do you have a salad spinner (everyone laughs when I say that) but it really does help get the water out.

I LOVEEEE my salad spinner. I freakin hate wet salad, but always wash it. Salad spinner is awesome.
Sorry, just had to chime in.
I'd probably toss the spinach
