What do you ladies think?
Contractions are coming in - they are ranging anywhere from 40 seconds- to 2 minutes- getting about 2-3 an hour.
I'm waiting until 4 to call the doctor and see what she says....
I also have a low grade fever (99-100) since last night- took tylenol- sweated it out last night but its back 
so is this baby coming or what?!

Ah! I HOPE so!!!
Last night I started getting some mild contractions (felt like menstrual cramps). They lasted about 60 seconds each and would come every 30 minutes or so. But then rather than intensifying they dwindled and eventually went away.  Pretty disappointing.

I don't know.. I have periods where I'll feel contractions/cramps for awhile, and then they go away. My dr. said not to call until they are 5 min apart.

that's what my doc said. . to call when they are five minutes apart. . about 45 seconds each and last consistently for an hour. .
but GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!! I hope this is it! I will send you lost of labor dust even though I am mad with jealousy!

No update unfortunately. They are still inconsistent but strong. Last internal I was 3cm dilated and baby is very very low so hopefully SOON!!! Thank you ladies!!
