what do you dress your NB in this weather?

First time mom here
When it was warmer outside I didnt have a problem or didnt stop to think what to dress my DD but now its getting colder and I dont know what to put on her.....
She is 1 month old.... what do you ladies dress your NB in this weather???
I think I'm going to have to visit carters this weekend.

Got a bunch of Carter sweatpants from Kohls and also the Children's Place. I use them for daycare. Put him in that along with a long sleeve top or a t-shirt and throw on a sweater over it.

I had to run out and get some zipper up sweaters for DS too just to throw over the onsies or t-shirts. He has so many of them he hasn't even worn them all and it's getting cold. I also saw some cute long sleeve onsies at the Gap so I can put the t-shirts over that.
